Our Mission
To inspire and instill perseverance or GRIT into students, athletes and other driven individuals to overcome obstacles (e.g., fear of failure and self-doubt) and keep on steppin' until they achieve their goals. As the saying goes "Every champion was once a contender that refused to give up." Here at GYG we make motivational wear to empower and inspire you to never give up. Believe and have confidence in your personal GRIT and overcome obstacles in your path to achieve your dream life (become that champion).

Don't Stop Ever. If you don't want to keep starting over, you need to keep going. Marathons are run one step at a time. Classes are passed one lecture at time. Weight is lost one pound at a time. No matter what you want to achieve, you'll only get there if you keep going.

Perseverance is true GRIT as struggles are viewed as a doorway to success. It doesn't matter how slow you go as long as you don't stop. While it is true that some people are born with a deeper drive and tenacity, the reality is that absolutely anyone can learn to dig deep, go hard, and achieve anything they set their mind to - but it does take practice. What you get out of life is a direct consequence of the effort you put into it.

Just Apply Yourself means to work hard no matter the difficulty—for as long as it takes—and to never give up, regardless of how hurt, tired, or discouraged you may feel. Whatever you start, you do not stop until you are finished.
